Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hydro Solutions LLC (“Hydro Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit https://hydrosolutionservices.com/ (the “Website”), submit an inquiry, or communicate with us. It also describes our analytics, advertising tools, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property or general location, inquiry details, correspondence, and optional photos or attachments you choose to submit.

Website and device information: IP address, browser and device details, viewed pages, referring links, approximate location, visit times, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the Website or ads.

Communication preferences: when and how you requested contact, any optional marketing opt-in, the wording or source of your consent, and your unsubscribe or opt-out requests.

2. Why We Use Information

We use information to respond to requests and provide estimates; communicate about inquiries, appointments, and related updates; maintain business records; operate, secure, and improve the Website; measure marketing and advertising performance; show relevant advertisements where permitted; prevent fraud and spam; and comply with legal duties. We do not use general inquiry forms to collect payment-card or government-ID information.

3. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Other Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram advertising technology), and may enable similar analytics, conversion measurement, and advertising tools. These technologies may receive page visits, device and browser details, IP address, cookies or advertising identifiers, referral information, and interactions such as button clicks or inquiry-completion events. They help us understand traffic, measure ads, and, when enabled and permitted, reach relevant audiences on third-party platforms.

Google and Meta may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Visit https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ for more information.

Meta Pixel on our Website uses a Meta feature called automatic advanced matching. When you fill in a form on the Website, such as our estimate request form, it may pick up contact details you enter there, such as your email address, phone number, name, or ZIP code. These details are converted in your browser into a scrambled code (a one-way process called hashing) before they are sent to Meta. Meta uses this code to connect visits and inquiries on our Website with people who use Meta’s services, so that we can measure and improve our advertising. The text you write about your project is not sent to pixels.

Some privacy laws may define the use of advertising identifiers or targeted advertising as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no list is sold for money. Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of targeted advertising or such sharing, you may request it using the contact method below; we will also provide other controls when legally required.

4. Cookies and Your Choices

The Website may use essential cookies for operation and security and nonessential cookies or pixels for analytics and advertising. You can manage cookies and tracking using your browser settings and any privacy controls made available on the Website. Blocking cookies may affect some features.

Where applicable law requires advance consent for nonessential tracking, we will obtain that consent before using the affected technology. The presence of this Policy alone is not a substitute for any legally required consent or opt-out mechanism.

5. Calls, Texts, and Emails

If you submit an inquiry and provide contact details, we may respond to that inquiry by phone, text, or email, as permitted by law, including confirmations, scheduling, updates, and reasonable follow-up. Providing a number in a general form does not automatically enroll you in automated or promotional SMS.

We will send marketing texts or automated marketing calls only when we have obtained any consent legally required for that communication, through a separate, clear opt-in. Consent to marketing messages is not required to receive services. When our SMS program is active, text STOP to withdraw from it and HELP for assistance, or call (812) 618-6153. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method as required by law.

We maintain consent and opt-out records for compliance. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in records with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. Our messaging and email providers may process them for us.

6. Disclosure to Service Providers and Other Parties

We disclose information as needed to vendors who provide hosting, website security, form handling, communications, analytics, and advertising services. Advertising partners, such as Google or Meta, may receive browsing or event information, and Meta may receive hashed contact details, through their technologies as described above. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect safety and legal rights, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

We do not sell customer inquiry text, customer photos, or contact-form lists to data brokers. This statement does not mean that ad-pixel disclosures can never count as “selling” or “sharing” under a particular privacy law.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, legitimate recordkeeping, legal compliance, disputes, or enforcement of communication preferences; periods differ by category. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or data system is entirely secure.

8. Privacy Rights and Advertising Opt-Outs

Depending on your location and whether a particular law applies to us, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, qualifying data sales or sharing, or certain profiling. Submit a request through https://hydrosolutionservices.com/contact/. We may verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires.

Where required by applicable law, we will explain a denial and provide an appeal process. You may also use advertising preferences offered by Google and Meta, but those settings do not necessarily control all tracking on our Website.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through Website forms. If you believe a child provided information, contact us for review.

10. Third-Party Links and Processing Locations

Links to external services are subject to those providers’ own privacy notices. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy by posting an updated version with a new effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
